Service Educator

As an Educator at JAG, you'll help make our program fun, safe, and engaging for kids. Reporting to the Service Coordinator, you’ll help plan awesome activities, ensure everyone's having a blast, and keep things running smoothly. From crafting creative projects to supervising play, you'll create a welcoming environment where every child feels included and excited to join in. Service Coordinator & Assistant Coordinator

As a Coordinator at JAG, you’ll be the driving force behind our program. You'll lead a team of passionate Educators, ensuring every day is filled with fun, safety, and engagement for the children in your care. From planning and evaluating dynamic programs to mentoring your team and fostering great relationships with families, you’ll create a vibrant, inclusive environment where kids can thrive. If you're ready to inspire and manage with a smile, this is the role for you!

Service Manager

As a Service Manager at JAG, you’ll mentor and lead a skilled team of Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators, and Educators, fostering an inclusive, fun, and safe environment for children. You’ll also manage team supervision, program planning, and compliance with educational and safety standards. If you’re a strong leader who’s enthusiastic about making a positive impact and driving continuous improvement, this role is for you!

Regional Manager

As a Regional Manager, you'll lead a team of passionate Service Coordinators ensuring every child in our care experiences a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. Reporting to the Regional Director, you'll inspire and develop your team, manage staffing, and oversee service excellence across your portfolio. From greeting children with high fives to ensuring compliance with quality standards, you'll create a family-like atmosphere where everyone feels valued and part of something special. Regional Director

As a Regional Director, you'll lead a high-performing team, including Regional Managers, Service Coordinators and Subject Matter Experts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering a family-like atmosphere for everyone involved. Reporting to the General Manager of your state, your primary goal is to manage and grow a portfolio of services by ensuring compliance, service excellence, and strategic growth. You'll create meaningful experiences for both your team and the children in your care, driving success through collaboration and leadership.

Our recruitment process

1.Submit an application

Apply for one of our open jobs on our Career Portal. Upon application, we ask you to submit your resume and answer some quick questions. 

2.Chat based interview / Phone Screening

If you’re applying for an Educator, Assistant Coordinator, Coordinator, Regional Manager or Regional Director role, upon applying, you’ll receive an invite to participate in a chat-based interview facilitated by Sapia ai. This will take 10-15 mins and only requires you to answer 5 questions.

3.Initial Interview

This is your time to shine! It’s likely that you’ll meet for 30 minutes to 1 hour with the Hiring Manager for the role. 

4.Second Interview (if applicable)

Depending on your role, a follow up interview may be organised to further explore your experience, skills and your alignment to the role. 

5.Preliminary Offer

Congrats! You’ve passed through to the preliminary offer stage. This means we we're keen to offer you a role providing you are able to provide the following: 

  •  2 professional references 

  • Evidence of work rights 

  • Relevant Qualification

  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)

  • National Police Check

6.Offer

Once the required documents are provided, we will make an offer, discuss your remuneration and confirm a start date. Congratulations!

7.Induction

Prior to starting with us, you will be invited to complete our JAG induction program. The onboarding journey is designed to help you understand more about your role at JAG and the company. 

8.Ongoing Training and Development

Once you are onboarded, we have continual learning opportunities in person and online to ensure you can grow and develop in your role.
