Changes to Pricing Structure and Booking Terms and Conditions

New pricing tiers and terms and conditions at our Outside School Hours Care services - OSHClub, Helping Hands Network, and Primary OSHCare - will begin to come into effect as of 18 September 2023 across schools throughout Term 4 of the school year.

The new pricing tiers reflect a range of new booking types for parents, formalising free cancellation options for parents. You can book in advance to secure lower pricing or choose greater flexibility and book in closer to the date that you need before and after school care for your child.

The terms and conditions for our revised pricing structure have also changed, so please take your time to familiarise yourself with the updates. Your local service where your child attends will provide further details about pricing to you in direct communications.

Where can I find the new pricing options and tiers?

New pricing options will show in our Parent Portal when they are available at your school Outside School Hours Care service.

 

  1. Once you are enrolled into a school you can login.
  2. In the portal, make a booking and choose the dates and booking frequency (casual booking or recurring booking).
  3. Choose from our programs available, such as Rise then Shine (before school care program), Stay and Play (after school care program), or Holiday Program.
  4. If you choose Rise then Shine or Stay and Play, you can now see all three pricing tier booking types available to you through your school Outside Hours School Care.
  5. View the pricing options available and relevant terms and conditions then make your selection.
  6. Proceed to checkout to complete your booking.

Our new pricing structure now offers three pricing tier booking types.

 

  1. Early Bird Adventure: Book 15 or more days in advance. Free Cancellation^ if notice provided at least 14 days or more in advance.
  2. Flexible Adventure: Book 3 or more days in advance. Free Cancellation^ if notice provided at least 48 hours or more in advance.
  3. Last Minute Adventure: Book 48 hours or less in advance. No Free Cancellation.

^Consideration will be made for cancellation under compassionate grounds.

Our pricing structure has changed from a single standard price to three pricing tiers and bulk booking options available at some schools.

The terms and conditions have also changed, including to our No Show Fees and Late Pick Up Fees. These changes help ensure continuity of staffing and also ensure we are aligned with industry standards.

Our pricing changes do not affect holiday program bookings. At present, our Full Day Holiday Adventure prices and terms and conditions remain unaltered.

If a child is not picked up before the official closing time of the service, a $20 per 15 minute fee will be automatically applied to the account.

If a child is unable to attend a booked session, they must be marked absent on the Parent Portal, or through direct communication with the service. If this is not completed prior to the session starting a $20 fee will be charged ($30 for PrimaryOSHCare services). Please note, cancellation terms and conditions apply based on booking type.
